Nawiliwili Yacht Club Clubhouse Use Policy

NON-EXCLUSIVE USE OF CLUBHOUSE FOR MEMBER-SPONSORED SMALL GROUP EVENT.

1. A small group, not to exceed 10 persons in attendance, will not require a cleaning deposit. The member-sponsor will be held accountable for cleaning and any possible damage to NYC property.

2. A small group over 10 persons, but not to exceed 20 persons will require a fully refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $50.00 in advance of the use date. For all non-exclusive use of clubhouse an insurance certificate will not be required. The use is strictly non-commercial. The clubhouse will be open to NYC members for other uses at the same time.

EXCLUSIVE USE OF CLUBHOUSE FOR MEMBER-SPONSORED LARGE GROUP PARTY/EVENT.

A large group shall not exceed 125 persons in attendance. The clubhouse would not be available for any other purpose at the same time. A fully refundable cleaning/damage deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required. A paid in advance fee of $2.00 per person, with a $150.00 minimum will be charged for the first 0-4 hours plus a non-prorated fee of $30.00 per hour thereafter. Forms to apply for these above stated uses are available by fax or postal mail upon request made to 808-742-2512 or info@nawiliwiliyachtclub.org Any clubhouse use requests that do not meet the requirements as stated above will be decided on a case by case basis by the Board of Directors. No use will be allowed by any group to promote religious or political agendas.
