Clubhouse Access Agreement

First, you must be a NYC member in good standing. Then you must sign a form (please download it from the link above) and promise to follow these few simple rules:

1. I will not reveal the combination number of the clubhouse lock to anyone.
2. I will leave the clubhouse in the same or better condition than when I arrived.
3. I won’t allow non-members access unless they are my guest.
4. I will be responsible for my guests.
5. I will fill out the log book.
6. I understand that abuse or nonconformance with the above can lead to the revocation
    of clubhouse use privileges.

The lock combination will change every quarter. You will be notified by email or postal mail a few days before the new code goes into affect.

You can download and complete the form and mail it to the club or fill it out and bring it with you to the clubhouse. Before you get the code you need to have an "orientation" tour. Make an appointment to meet the Port Captain at the clubhouse and learn the dos and don'ts related to clubhouse access; signing in and out; where things are kept; what locks you need to deal with; what to turn on and off, etc.
